Ingredients
  • 200 gram Rice noodles
  • 1 cup Bell peppers
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Spring onions
  • 2 tablespoon Peanuts
Instructions
  1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers, carrots, snow peas, and broccoli florets to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili sauce, and salt. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well.
  5. Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan and toss to coat them in the sauce.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped spring onions and peanuts.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
