Ingredients
  • 400 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Instant Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add water and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until the dough comes together.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  6. Punch down the dough to release the air. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  7. Roll out each portion into a round pizza shape of desired thickness.
