  • 500 gram Parsnips
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 20 gram Fresh parsley
  • 4 piece Lemon wedges
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and cut the parsnips into thick wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the parsnips to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
  5. Transfer the parsnips to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
  6. Roast the parsnips in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until they are tender and golden brown.
  7. Remove the parsnips from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
