Ingredients
  • 2 cup Dried beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 leaf Bay leaves
Instructions
  1. Soak the dried beans overnight in water.
  2. Drain and rinse the beans.
  3. In a slow cooker, add the soaked beans, chopped onion, minced garlic cloves, vegetable broth, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and bay leaves.
  4. Cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or until the beans are tender.
  5. Remove the bay leaves before serving.
  6. Serve the slow-cooked beans as a main dish or as a side dish with rice or bread.
