Ingredients
  • 1 cup Adzuki beans
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Soy milk
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Cook the adzuki beans until tender and mash them.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed adzuki beans, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, vanilla extract, and soy milk. Mix well to form a dough.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer.
  4. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls.
  5. Carefully drop the dough balls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  6. Remove the doughnut holes from the oil and let them rest on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  7. Roll the doughnut holes in powdered sugar.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
