Ingredients
  • 2 cup Black beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the black beans.
  2. Chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic cloves to the pot and sauté until golden.
  5. Add cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pot and stir for a minute.
  6. Add the black beans and vegetable broth to the pot.
  7. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 1 hour or until the beans are tender.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Stir in lime juice and cilantro.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
