  • 4 piece Cucumbers
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill
Instructions
  1. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the sliced cucumbers to the bowl and toss well to coat them in the marinade.
