  • 500 gram Parsnips
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and cut the parsnips into evenly sized sticks.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the parsnips in the mustard and honey mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the coated parsnips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the parsnips are golden brown and tender.
