Ingredients
  • 250 gram Mushrooms
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  3. Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with rice or bread.
