Ingredients
  • 500 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the mushroom caps with the mixture.
  5. Place the mushrooms on the grill, cap side down.
  6. Grill for 5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
