Ingredients
  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 8 ounce Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cloves Garlic Clove
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add artichoke hearts to the pan with mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the vinaigrette over the mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Stir well to coat.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve as a side dish or appetizer.
