  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 200 gram Snow Peas
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and snow peas, and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
