Ingredients
  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 2 piece Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add tomatoes, green chili, and spices (red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt) and cook until the oil separates.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add water, cover the pan, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
