Ingredients
  • 250 gram Mushrooms
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth.
  5. Pour vegetable broth and soy sauce into the pan, stir well.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan, stirring continuously until the gravy thickens.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Simmer for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
  9. Remove from heat and serve hot with your favorite dishes.
