Ingredients
  • 300 gram Mushrooms
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 piece Green Chili
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, ginger, and garlic. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and green chilies. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
