In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and dark chocolate chips.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat honey and coconut oil until melted.

Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
