Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cabbage
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 medium-sized Tomato
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped cabbage and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add water, cover the pan, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the cabbage is cooked.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
  7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
