Ingredients
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, olive oil, water, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each part into a thin rectangle on a floured surface.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Break the crackerbread into smaller pieces and serve.
