Ingredients
  • 15 ounce Canned Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 piece Garlic Clove
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, garlic clove, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.
  5. Cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
