  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil them until tender.
  2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pan and cook for a minute.
  4. Drain the boiled potatoes and add them to the pan. Mash them with the spices until smooth.
