Ingredients
  • 2 cup Chickpeas
  • 1 bunch Chard
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 can Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until golden brown.
  3. Stir in cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add drained chickpeas and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in chopped chard and cook until wilted.
  7. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
