  • 4 medium Beets
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
