Ingredients
  • 200 gram Hazelnuts
  • 3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 3 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until fragrant and golden brown.
  2. Remove the hazelnuts from the oven and let them cool slightly. Rub the hazelnuts with a clean kitchen towel to remove the skins.
  3. In a blender or food processor, add the toasted hazelnuts, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the mock Nutella spread to a jar or airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve on toast, pancakes, or use as a filling for pastries.
