  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions until translucent.
  2. Add garlic and mushrooms, and cook until mushrooms release their moisture.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together vegetable broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, cornstarch, water, salt, black pepper, thyme, and parsley until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan with mushrooms and stir well.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes until the gravy thickens.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dishes.
