Ingredients
  • 2 medium-sized Potato
  • 2 medium-sized Carrot
  • 1 small Cauliflower
  • 1 handful Green beans
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 large Tomato
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 small Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • as needed for garnish Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Cook until onions turn golden brown.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped vegetables (potato, carrot, cauliflower, green beans, peas) and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add water, cover the pan, and simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
