Ingredients
  • 200 gram Potatoes
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Cauliflower
  • 100 gram Green Beans
  • 100 gram Peas
  • 1 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 200 gram Tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped vegetables and water. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with rice or roti.
