Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables
  • 4 ounce Tofu
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. In a pan, heat the sesame oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the mixed vegetables and tofu, and stir-fry for a few minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
