  • 4 cup Mixed greens
  • 1 pear Ripe pear
  • 2 ounce Walnuts
  • 2 ounce Dried cranberries
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced ripe pear, walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
