  • 2 cup Zucchini
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchini, carrot, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms into thin strips.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
