Ingredients
  • 2 piece Pita bread
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 2 piece Tomato
  • 1 piece Red bell pepper
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley
  • 1 bunch Fresh mint
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sumac
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to medium heat. Cut the pita bread into small squares and grill or bake until crispy.
  2. Chop the cucumber, tomato, red bell pepper, red onion, parsley, and mint.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with the grilled/baked pita bread.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, sumac, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
  6. Allow the salad to rest for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  7. Serve the Fattoush salad and enjoy!
