Ingredients
  • 2 cup Corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  2. Add corn kernels, chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in lime juice and cilantro. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
