Ingredients
  • 2 cup Broad beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 4 wedge Lemon
Instructions
  1. Boil the broad beans in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the boiled broad beans, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
