Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 2 can Canned Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Canned Black Beans
  • 2 can Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  2. Add diced bell pepper and grated carrot, cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add canned kidney beans, canned black beans, canned diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  4. Pour in water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
