Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Cauliflower
  • 8 ounce Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and peel and slice the carrots.
  2. Boil the cauliflower and carrots in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Drain the cauliflower and carrots and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
  4. In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour the garlic-infused olive oil over the cauliflower and carrots. Season with salt and black pepper.
