Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
Instructions
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  2. Boil the cauliflower and garlic cloves in a pot of salted water until tender.
  3. Drain the cauliflower and garlic, then transfer to a food processor.
  4. Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the food processor and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve the mashed cauliflower topped with chopped chives.
