Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, cumin, and paprika.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
  5. Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or your favorite dippers.
