Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Cauliflower
  • 200 gram Peas
  • 150 gram Onion
  • 200 gram Tomatoes
  • 20 gram Ginger
  • 20 gram Garlic
  • 10 gram Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Cook for a minute.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add potatoes, cauliflower, peas, and water. Cover and simmer until vegetables are cooked.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
