  • 500 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle the oil mixture over them.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
