  • 4 pieces Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 8 tablespoons Kalamata olives
  • 4 ounces Feta cheese
  • 8 leaves Fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice the tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
