Ingredients
  • 500 gram New Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

  2. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly. Once they are cool enough to handle, cut them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, sea salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the cooked potatoes in a glass jar or airtight container. Pour the marinade over the potatoes, making sure they are fully covered.
  5. Seal the jar or container and let the potatoes marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
  6. Serve the marinated new potatoes as a delicious side dish or appetizer. They can be enjoyed cold or at room temperature.
