Ingredients
  • 1 pound Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the marinade and toss to coat.
  4. Cover the bowl and let the mushrooms marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  6. Grill the marinated mushrooms for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve as an appetizer or side dish.
