  • 300 gram Broccoli
  • 4 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Red Onion
  • 3 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 10 leaves Fresh Basil
Instructions
  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then, transfer them to an ice bath.
  2. Slice the tomatoes and red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the blanched broccoli, sliced tomatoes, red onion, and fresh basil leaves to the bowl. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to marinate.
