  • 800g can Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, sugar, and black pepper.
  4. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Use an immersion blender or a regular blender to puree the sauce until smooth.
