  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 cup Assorted vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant)
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
