Ingredients
  • 2 cup Kabocha Squash
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 2 tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Cacao Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Peel and deseed the kabocha squash. Cut into small cubes.
  2. In a food processor, blend the kabocha squash, dates, almond butter, cacao powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Place the dish in the freezer for 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Once firm, remove from the freezer and cut into bite-sized squares.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
