  • 2 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
