Ingredients
  • 3 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup and coconut oil until melted.
  4. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
