Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 400 gram Chickpeas
  • 2 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 20 gram Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into sticks.
  3. In a bowl, combine the carrots, chickpeas, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
