Ingredients
  • 3 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted.
  4. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, break the granola into clusters.
  9. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
