  • 2 cup Mango
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 2 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the mangoes.
  2. Chop the walnuts.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the mangoes, walnuts, baby spinach, and red onion.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
